Welcome to our PhD programs!

The Graduate School of Business at the University of Zurich offers two doctoral programs with strong emphasis on Management, one in “Business Administration” and the other one in “Management & Economics”. Both are comparable to US American and British doctoral programs. The Graduate School of Business at the University of Zurich comprises 16 professors and chairs researching areas like Auditing & Accounting, Business and Personnel Economics, Human Resources & Performance Management, Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship, Marketing or Strategy as well as Services & Operations Management and Operations Research.

In addition, internationally renowned visiting professors regularly give courses on special topics. Talented students with an excellent Bachelor or Master degree who aim at an academic career are invited to apply for one of the doctoral programs at the Graduate School of Business.
